قضت محكمة النقض الهولاندية بعدم تسليم السعيد شعو، الذي طالبت السلطات القضائية المغربية بتسليمه من 2015 وأعادت المطالبة بذلك في شهر يوليوز الماضي، واعتبرت محكمة النقض الهولاندية في حكم صادر اليوم أن عدم ضمان محاكمة عادلة في المغرب لشعو، وتراجع حقوق الإنسان في البلاد يبرران القرار بعدم تسليم شعو.
وسبق للناطق الرسمي باسم الحكومة الوزير مصطفى الخلفي بتسليم شعو للسلطات المغربية، بعد تمتيعه الإفراج المؤقت عقب قضائه ثلاثة أسابيع موقوفا في هولندا، في إطار طلب التسليم الموجه من لدن السلطات القضائية المغربية.
وكانت وزارة الخارجية المغربية قد اعتبرت في بلاغ لها على أن سعيد شعو، واصفة أياه بالمهرب
« قد صدرت في حقه مذكرتا بحث دوليتان، إثر تبليغ عنه من طرف العدالة المغربية بسبب تكوين عصابة إجرامية منذ سنة 2010، والاتجار الدولي بالمخدرات منذ سنة 2015″، مشيرا إلى أنه « تم إرسال معلومات دقيقة إلى السلطات الهولندية تفيد بتورط المهرب المذكور في تمويل وتقديم الدعم اللوجيستيكي لعدد من الأوساط شمال المملكة« .
وأكد البلاغ عينه أن « المغرب، الذي كان دائما متعاونا في مجال مكافحة المخدرات، وبطلب ملح من الاتحاد الأوروبي وهولندا، لن يسمح بأن يحظى مهرب مخدرات بوضعية خاصة تسمح له بإعادة خلق ظروف ملائمة لأنشطته الإجرامية« ، مشددا على « المغرب أوضح للسلطات الهولندية ضرورة اتخاذ تدابير ملموسة وعاجلة ضد هذا المهرب الذي يرتزق من الاضطرابات« ، وفق تعبير وزارة الشؤون الخارجية بالرباط.
