طالب النائب البرلماني عن فريق الأصالة و المعاصرة هشام المهاجرين، بتعميم المنحة الجامعية على جميع التلاميذ ، بغض النظر عن دخل أسرهم و مستواهم الإجتماعي.
و قال المهاجري، في سؤال وجهه لوزير التعليم العالي عبد اللطيف ميراوي : “هناك مآسي و مجازر ترتكب في هذه المنح”.
و أضاف : ” يجب تعميم المنحة على الجميع لأن هناك من هو ثري و لا يريد تعليم ابنه .. إذا بغيتي تستثمر فالشباب و غدا يخلص لك و ينتج لك الضريبة خاصك تساهم فيه”.
و زاد المهاجري : ” ماخاصش تبقا المعايير لأنه كادار مآسي السيد الوزير، خص تعميم المنحة على الكل لي بغاها و لي بغا يقرا واخا يكون باه لاباس عليه وغدا يخلص الضريبة.
