أغلقت مؤسسة منى، المؤسسة الوحيدة في المغرب المختصة في تعليم الأطفال ذووي الإعاقة السمعية، أبوابها بسبب أزمة مالية خانقة، وتلتزم. وزارة الأسرة والتضامن الصمت لحد الساعة في القضية، تاركة آباء وأولياء الأطفال في حيرة من أمرهم، خاصة وأن جلهم من الطبقات الفقيرة.
ووفقا لما علمه موقع موقع هاشتاغ فوزارة بسيمة الحقاوي تخلفت عن تأدية. التزاماتها آتجاه المؤسسة مما تسبب في انقطاع رواتب المدرسين لخمسة أشهر، فضلا عن تعطيل مرافق المؤسسة.
