تدبير العجز المائي العجز المائي يتطلب تشجيع التقنيات المبتكرة في مجال الماء

أكد المدير العام للمكتب الوطني للكهرباء والماء الصالح للشرب، عبد الرحيم الحافظي، اليوم الخميس، بمراكش، أن تدبير العجز المائي يتطلب تشجيع التقنيات المبتكرة في مجال الماء، لاسيما تحلية مياه البحر.

وشدد السيد الحافظي، خلال مشاركته في جلسة حول موضوع “حلول جديدة لمشكل قديم .. كيف نواجه الإجهاد المائي” نظمت في إطار أشغال منتدى الاستثمار العالمي 2022، على أهمية تطوير تقنية إعادة استعمال المياه العادمة المعالجة، والربط بين الأحواض المائية، إضافة إلى تحسين النجاعة المائية وتوعية المستعملين بترشيد استعمال المياه.

وذكر بالوضعية المائية الحالية بالمملكة، التي تتسم بندرة الموارد المائية، مستعرضا الحلول المقترحة من أجل مواجهة مشكل الإجهاد المائي.

وأبرز، في هذا الاتجاه، الخبرة المشهودة للمكتب الوطني للكهرباء والماء الصالح للشرب في تحلية مياه البحر، وقدم لمحة عامة عن البرنامج الاستثماري للمكتب، من أجل تقوية وتأمين التزويد بالماء الشروب، والولوج إلى خدمة التطهير السائل بمختلف جهات المملكة في أفق العام 2035.

وعلى صعيد آخر، ذكر السيد الحافظي أن المغرب خطا “خطوات كبيرة” في مجال إدماج الطاقات المتجددة، التي مكنت المملكة من إنتاج الكهرباء بكلفة تنافسية جدا على الصعيد العالمي.

وخلص إلى أن “المغرب يعد نموذجا في مجال تطوير الطاقات المتجددة، مما مكن من اللجوء إلى تحلية مياه البحر، وهي تقنية ستمكن المملكة من تقليص اعتمادها على الموارد السطحية للسدود والمياه الجوفية”.

 

وعرفت أشغال منتدى الاستثمار العالمي 2022 مشاركة عدة مسؤولين رفيعي المستوى من المغرب وإسرائيل، ومتدخلين عاملين في عدة قطاعات، من قبيل المالية والماء والطاقة والبيئة، إضافة إلى الصناعة والسياحة والابتكار وريادة الأعمال
