بعد الإعلان عن إعادة افتتاح الحمامات في منتصف شهر مارس الماضي بجهة الدار البيضاء – سطات ، عم ارتياح واسع بين مرتاديها من ساكنة الجهة ، وخلف راحة نفسية واجتماعية كبيرتين ، بالنظر لما تقوم به هذه الفضاءات من أدوار ، ولما لها من فوائد جمة على الصحة البدنية والنفسية للمترددين عليها.
وبالنظر للوضع الوبائي المرتبط بانتشار فيروس كورونا المستجد (Covid-19)، فإن عملية إعادة فتح هذه الحمامات كانت مشروطة بالتزام وامتثال أصحاب الحمامات لبعض التدابير الصحية المفروضة من قبل السلطات المحلية، منها على الخصوص ، قياس درجة حرارة المترددين على هذه الفضاءات، وتعقيمها، واحترام مسافات التباعد، فضلا عن أن لا يتعدى عدد المستحمين نصف سعة الطاقة الاستيعابية لكل حمام .
وساهمت عملية إغلاق الحمامات بجهة الدار البيضاء – سطات، على مدى سنة، والتي لا تزال تسجل بها أعلى معدلات الإصابة بفيروس كورونا (كوفيد-19)، في تفاقم الوضعية المالية لأرباب الحمامات بهذه الجهة من المملكة، وكذا المستخدمين بها والذين عبروا عن ارتياحهم لهذا القرار الذي طال انتظاره.
وفي هذا السياق، دقت النقابة الوطنية لأرباب الحمامات والرشاشات العمومية بالدار البيضاء، ناقوس الخطر حول الوضعية الاقتصادية الصعبة لهذا القطاع ، الذي يغطي ما لا يقل عن 15 ألف مؤسسة تشغل عشرات الآلاف من الأشخاص في القطاعين المهيكل وغير المهيكل .
وقد تم إغلاق الحمامات، في وجه العموم، منذ 20 مارس من السنة الماضية عند الإعلان عن اعتماد الحجر الصحي، ثم أعيد فتحها في 25 من شهر يونيو من نفس السنة، وبعد أيام قليلة من تخفيف الإجراءات الصحية المتبعة للحد من انتشار هذا الفيروس، أغلقت الحمامات، مرة أخرى بعد شهرين، في 20 غشت، في بعض مدن المملكة منها على الخصوص الدار البيضاء ، بسبب التطور السلبي للوضعية الوبائية.
وفي هذا السياق، قال رئيس الجامعة الوطنية لجمعيات أرباب ومستغلي الحمامات التقليدية والرشاشات بالمغرب، ربيع أوعشى، في تصريح لوكالة المغرب العربي للأنباء، إن أصحاب الحمامات والمستخدمين رحبوا بقرار إعادة فتح هذه الفضاءات وخلف لديهم ارتياحا وتفاؤلا كبيرين بعد فترة طويلة من التوقف عن نشاطها، في أعقاب الأزمة الصحية المرتبطة بانتشار فيروس (كوفيد-19) وعواقبها الوخيمة على القدرة الشرائية للعاملين في القطاع .
ولم يخف أوعشى أسفه، كون إعادة فتح الحمامات تزامن مع هذه الفترة من السنة التي تكون فيها درجة الحرارة مرتفعة نسبيا، بالإضافة حلول شهر رمضان المبارك، والذي يتميز بقلة ارتياد هذه الفضاءات، إلى جانب حظر التنقل ليلا، كل هذه العوامل لم تكن في صالح أرباب الحمامات والعاملين في هذا القطاع .
وحسب أوعشى ، فإن هناك عوامل كثيرة، تضغط على أصحاب الحمامات وتؤثر على دخلهم اليومي، ناهيك عن المصاريف الإضافية الضرورية لإصلاح الأعطاب الناجمة عن التوقف الطويل لهذه الفضاءات عن العمل، خاصة على مستوى البنية التحتية والمرافق والمعدات .
وخلص رئيس الجامعة الوطنية لجمعيات أرباب ومستغلي الحمامات التقليدية والرشاشات بالمغرب إلى أنه على الرغم من قرار إعادة فتح هذه الحمامات، فإن هذا الوباء (كوفيد-19) يواصل تأثيره على الأداء الطبيعي لهذا القطاع
