تفاصيل تسليم اول بطاقة تعريف وطنية من الجيل الجديد

تم اليوم الاثنين بولاية الأمن بفاس تسليم أول بطاقة وطنية للتعريف إلكترونية، الوثيقة الجديدة التي أطلقتها المديرية العامة للأمن الوطني.

وتأتي البطاقة الوطنية للتعريف الإلكترونية التي تتيح استخداما أكثر بساطة وأمنا في خدمة المواطن، لمواكبة رقمنة الإدارة وتسهيل ولوج المواطنين لمختلف المرافق.

وفي تصريح لوكالة المغرب العربي للأنباء، قال العميد الممتاز حسن زكري، رئيس المصلحة الولائية للتوثيق والوثائق التعريفية، إن إطلاق هذا الجيل الجديد من البطائق من قبل المديرية العامة للأمن الوطني وفق معايير جد متطورة لمكافحة مختلف أشكال التزييف وانتحال الهويات، يستوفي جميع العناصر الأمنية التي تم تطويرها انسجاما مع المعايير الدولية في مجال الوثائق التعريفية.

وأوضح المسؤول الأمني أن البطاقة الوطنية للتعريف الإلكترونية تروم مواكبة الرؤية الرقمية للتنمية التي تعتمدها المملكة في مختلف القطاعات العمومية والخاصة وانجاح المشاريع المهيكلة في هذا الباب.

وأكد أنه بات واجبا على كل شخص بلغ سنه 16 سنة طلب الحصول على البطاقة بدل 18 سنة سابقا مشيرا الى أن للقاصرين أيضا حق الحصول على بطاقة التعريف بشرط أن يقدم ولي الأمر طلبا لدى المصالح المختصة.

وأبرز المسؤول أن البطاقة الجديدة قد تتضمن معلومات إضافية اختيارية بطلب من حاملها، من قبيل رقم الهاتف والعنوان الالكتروني من أجل التواصل مع المعني بالأمر في حالة الضرورة.

وقد أحدثت المديرية العامة للأمن الوطني بوابة إلكترونية من أجل تسهيل الحصول على هذه البطاقة بما يتيح للمواطنين حجز مواعيد لتقديم طلباتهم، وملء الاستمارة وتتبع مراحل الحصول على البطاقة.

وأشار رئيس المصلحة الولائية للتوثيق والوثائق التعريفية الى أن بطاقة التعريف الوطنية الحالية تظل سارية الصلاحية الى حين نفاذها أو في حال تغيير إحدى المعطيات مضيفا أن الوثائق المطلوبة للحصول على البطاقة الجديدة هي عينها بالنسبة لبطاقة التعريف الوطنية.
