سكوب.. العثماني يستعين بجماعة العدل والاحسان للدفاع على الحكومة (وثائق)

يبدو أن الحزب الحاكم في المغرب المتمثل في حزب العدالة والتنمية، إنتقل من مرحلة السيطرة على مفاصل الدولة، الى مرحلة تثبيت قيادات وأعضاء من جماعة العدل والإحسان بهياكل ومؤسسات البلاد رغم أنهم لا يؤمنون بها ويكفرونها أحيانا، ويدعون لتمرد والقومة عليها أحياتا اخرى.

اخر فصول هذا التوجه الذي يبدو أنه ليس عفويا او عاديا كما يراد التسويق له، هو تعاقد سعد الدين العثماني رئيس الحكومة والأمين العام لحزب الاسلامي « العدالة والتنمية »، مع مكتب محاماة يعود للقيادي في جماعة العدل والإحسان المحام « محمد اغناج ».

أغناج كما هو معلوم هو عضو لجنة الدفاع عن اعضاء الجماعة الذين قامت الدولة بتشميع بيوتهم بسبب استغلالها لقضايا سياسية، واخرى تهم التعبئة لفكرهم الذي يدعو للقومة في إقامة دولة الخلافة.
وهو كذلك محام معتقلي احداث الحسيمة.

وإذ كنا نؤمن بأن السيد أغناج يحق له كباقي المحامون الترافع على من يشاء، ويعتنق الفكر الذي يراه مناسبا له، فإن المثير للإستغراب هو إبرامه لصفقة مع سعد الدين العثماني للدفاع والترافع على رئاسة الحكومة التي هي جزء من المؤسسات الدستورية التي لايؤمن بها أغناج وجماعته ويدعون للإنقلاب عليها.

فهل أغناج تراجع عن مواقفه السابقة، وقام بمراجعة فكرية لمعتقداته؟ أو أن رئيس الحكومة لم يجد بعد بحث مضني، من بين مكاتب المحاماة بالمغرب غير مكتب أغناج.

وكيف ما كان التأويل لتعيين محامي بجماعة العدل والاحسان، فإن السؤال الذي يطرح، هو كيف سيتعامل باقي مكونات الاغلبية الحكومية مع هذا الإختيار؟ خاصة وأن « أغناج » سيصبح من اليوم محامي لحكومة تتشكل من حزب سعد الدين العثماني، وأربعة أحزاب لها توجهاتها وتصورتها الخاصة للعلاقة التي يجب تؤطر تعاملها مع جماعة عبد السلام ياسين، وهل إستشار « العثماني » مع قيادات التحالف الحكومي في تعيين مكتب القيادي بالعدل والاحسان كمحامي للدولة المغربية.
