مجلس نزار يقصف نظام التعاقد في التربية والتكوين

قصف المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والبيئي نظام التعاقد في التربية والتكوين معتبرا أنه نظام غير مؤهل لتوظيف أطر كفؤة، وأن يزيد من شرخ التماسك الاجتماعي في المدرسة العمومية.

واعتبر تقرير مجلس نزار بركة في تقرير سنة 2017 أنه لا تـزال العديـد مـن أوجـه القصـور البنيـوي تلقـي بظلالهـا علـى قطاعـي التربيـة والتكويـن المهنـي، مضيفا أن الموسـم الدراسـي 2016-2017 عـن وجـود جملـة من الاختلالات تهم ِّ علــى الخصــوص توظيــف مدرســين لا يتوفــرون علــى تكويــن ملائــم فــي مهــن التربية والتكوين ، فضـلا عـن الاكتظـاظ الـذي تشـهده الفصـول الدراسـية.

وأضاف نفس التقرير  أن هناك مشكل آخر يطرح حول تنامــي أعــداد المتمدرســين فــي القطــاع الخــاص مســألة التمــازج الاجتماعــي، ويثيــر تســاؤلات حــول  الشـرخ الاجتماعـي الـذي يمكـن أن ينجـم عـن منظومـة تربويـة تسـير بسـرعات متعـددة، كمـا يمكن أن يقوض ثقة المواطنيـن فـي القـدرة علـى الارتقـاء الاجتماعـي ً للتماسـك الاجتماعـي وأن يشـكل تهديـدا  للتماسك الاجتماعي مـن خـلال المدرسـة.
